Yep, I'm back to basics.
I won't say that I plan to stick with it this time, because I probably wont, but for the first few months I will.
I started it yesterday and all of the headaches/tiredness I DIDN'T experience the first time I did this, I experienced yesterday. But that is probably due to the fact that I've been drinking a coke daily and back when I did this in 2007, I wasn't. So my body is still used to the sugar/caffeine and is having a slight problem without it.
Yesterday I lived off of sugar free jello, cottage cheese, string cheese, diet mt. dew, and celery. Because it was the first day and I didn't really remember what to make/buy.
But I'm going to the grocery store today to get other things to eat because I don't want to ONLY eat those things everyday. I need more variety.
I need to buy more splenda too..
I'm excited. The plan is to lose 100lbs over the next few years. I realize it's unrealistic to make it a goal to reach in one year, but maybe 2 or 3 years. Considering I'll be losing 20ish pounds within these first two weeks, it'll be a great starting off point.
And I don't want to jinx anything, but I am totally back. Me. The old me. Not the me who has been writing in here these past two years. The me before then. I'm happy. =)
