What's the best music documentary or concert film you've seen?
Well.. I've seen soo many it's hard to pick just one. I tend to enjoy the ones that feature a lot of artists [Tony Bennett's latest compilation], or the ones on KQED that feature performers from the 40's and 50's. I also like watching benefit concerts [Live8?]. The only music documentaries I've seen are on individual artists [ella, bird, cole porter]. My parents taught me early on how to appreciate all types of music, which makes my preference for music GREATLY varied. I really do like [parts of] everything!
Radiohead release their seventh studio album today and it's only available online and you set your own price. Will you buy the album? Do you buy the idea?
The morning show I listen to talked about this this morning. One of them said $10 is reasonable. I guess, when you have $10 to spend. I would much rather just.. pay nothing. haha but then, I am cheap, and they wouldn't make any money.
I guess $10 is about right.. it's better than $20 that you'd spend in stores.
But I wouldn't buy Radiohead.
